Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and mb8rock ("Platform", "Us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mb8rock platform — whether through the website mb8rock.pro, the Android or iOS mobile app, or any other relevant digital channel — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform. mb8rock reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in effect.

Account Eligibility

Age and Citizenship Requirements

Mb8rock services are only open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not appearing on the self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling platform.
• Acting as a private individual and not as a representative of any company or business entity.

One Account Per Player

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mb8rock. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same or different information — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances and bonuses forfeited without compensation.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, identification card number, date of birth, email address, and active mobile number. Inaccurate or false information may result in your account being suspended and any withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Mb8rock carries out KYC verification before processing the first withdrawal or when required for security reasons. Documents that may be requested include:

• A copy of your MyKad or valid passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal Requirements

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("source payment method"). This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering. mb8rock reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in amount or frequency.

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 and the maximum daily limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts. VIP accounts enjoy higher withdrawal limits based on their respective membership tier.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Mb8rock offers a variety of bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering (rollover) requirements, clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Principles

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Mb8rock reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through rule-violating methods.
• Each player is only eligible to claim one bonus per specified promotional period, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

Bonus Abuse

Mb8rock strictly prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets, systematic low-risk wagering solely to meet rollover requirements, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Any such activity will result in bonus cancellation and the account may be suspended immediately.

Game Rules

All games at mb8rock — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, bingo, and table games — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is final once the round has ended and been confirmed by the system.
• Mb8rock is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from technical disruptions on the player's end (lost internet connection, drained battery, etc.).
• In the event of a system error or technical bug affecting game outcomes, mb8rock reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original bet.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface itself.
• Progressive jackpots are subject to specific terms set by the respective game provider.

Prohibited Conduct

Use of the mb8rock platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or manage your account.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or system bugs.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity.
• Systematically abusing the bonus or promotions system.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at mb8rock customer support staff.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their consent (proxy betting).

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mb8rock account password and login credentials. mb8rock will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to the mb8rock support team immediately.

Mb8rock offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts and strongly encourages its use. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact mb8rock support immediately via live chat for prompt account freezing.

Mb8rock is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials, including the use of weak passwords or sharing account information with others.

Responsible Gaming

Mb8rock is fully committed to responsible gambling principles. We recognise that online gaming can pose risks to some players and we take this responsibility seriously. mb8rock provides a range of tools you can use to manage your gaming habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.

• Gaming Break: Take a voluntary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from your account.

mb8rock Limitation of Liability

Mb8rock shall not be liable for any indirect losses, damages, or costs incurred by players arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by third parties (internet providers, payment providers, game providers).
• Player's own device failure or data loss.
• Any action taken based on information received from parties not officially representing mb8rock.
• Failure to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

Mb8rock's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Account Termination

Termination by Player

You may close your mb8rock account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any eligible account balance will be processed for withdrawal to a valid payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions outlined in Section 4.

Termination by mb8rock

Mb8rock reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

Terms and Conditions Amendments

Mb8rock reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. mb8rock will endeavour to notify members of material changes via email or in-platform notifications; however, it remains each member's responsibility to review this page periodically.

Your continued use of the mb8rock platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 11.
